Split, share and re-open checks
Trivec’s POS system allows you to split bills among multiple payment methods, such as card, cash, invoice, or digital gift cards, without any delay. The POS system accurately displays the amount to be paid, regardless of the number of guests splitting the bill.
Moreover, you can easily edit checks and transfer items from one check to another, or move an entire table’s orders to a different table. This feature is particularly useful when guests change tables or join a larger group.
Reopen checks
With Trivec’s system, you have the ability to re-open previously closed orders and checks that have not yet been paid. This feature comes in handy when guests change their minds and decide to add more items to their order or choose a different payment method.
Many payment methods
Today many customers prefer to pay the bill themselves easily with their mobile phone. Trivec provide a large range of online payments for different regions. We offer payment solutions with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Swish, Vipps, MobilePay, Lydia, Lyfpay, PayConiq and iDeal.
If you have an integration to your finance system you can easily invoice guests (companies) direct at the table.
Easy to correct mistakes
Sometimes errors happen when the waitstaff enters an order. But it is easy to correct by going back and removing the incorrect order. You don’t need to process the entire bill. The same applies if you start charging the wrong table, you can easily move the correct bill to the table and charge it. Then you can move the bill that was originally on the table back again.
Easy tip handling and staff scheduling
Trivec has made it easy to distribute tips to staff so that they are paid directly with their salary. With an integration between Trivec’s POS system and the payroll system, you can set it up exactly as you prefer. Distributing tips can be a time-consuming task, but our seamless integration saves time and money. Additionally, you can easily view staff schedules, plan shifts and vacations, all thanks to our integration with efficient payroll systems.
Multiple payment terminals to each POS

Mobile POS system
With Trivec Go, you get a complete POS-system in one tablet. All functionality you need to manage your restaurant are integrated. If you need several POS systems, you can easily connect them to the same tax box (black box) that is installed on a server. The advantage of Trivec Go, compared to our larger traditional hardware for POS, is that a tablet is mobile. Which means that you can easily move it around where you have the greatest need.
Delivery services
Connect your Trivec POS-system to popular delivery services through our partnership with Deliverect. You don’t need multiple screens for UberEats, Deliveroo, Foodora. All incoming orders go directly to the POS-system and the kitchen, making it easy to be in control of all incoming orders.
HandyPay – Trivec’s 2-1 solution
HandyPay is both a payment- and ordering device, a handheld POS. You can easily send orders directly to the bar and kitchen and you can take payments immediately when the guest asks to pay. You will increase your table turnover and the level of service since the waitstaff can stay among your restaurant customers. HandyPay offers predefined tip percentages highly appreciated among the staff.
Effective with a Kitchen Display System
The Kitchen Display System is Trivec’s own product for kitchen and bar displays that integrates with Trivec’s POS system. A Kitchen Display System replaces printers and paper receipts. But it’s more than that. It increases efficiency because each order is registered in the kitchen and helps staff keep track of orders and prioritize dishes. This makes it easier to serve dishes simultaneously from different kitchens and it reduces waiting time for guests.
