Trivec, a market leader in POS systems for restaurants and Svenska Brasserier, operating restaurants such as Riche, Taverna Brillo and Sturehof announce a new partnership to drive innovation and create the restaurant experience of the future.
The collaboration aims to drive technological innovation in the restaurant industry and jointly create the restaurant experience of the future. The goals are set high, and the ambition is to develop digital tools that can streamline restaurant operations and at the same time strengthen sales through more personal restaurant experiences that are individually tailored to the guests.

As a first step in the collaboration, a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) will be recruited by Svenska Brasserier and will take ownership of the collaboration and lead the joint digital development work. The ambition is to develop new analysis and planning tools that can streamline the work in the restaurants and create better insights in daily operations. Furthermore, the anticipation is that new technical solutions will form the foundation for a modern loyalty program.
